By registering on this website you are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement and agree to all the documents noted and conditions therein.

1. Definition of Terms

The URL www.Biyeshaadi.com is the website presented in this agreement or such other URL that we may provide the same service. The following terms are defined for the agreement as follows unless contextually a different meaning is required.

1.b Where the terms "Biyeshaadi", "Biyeshaadi.com", Global", "us", "our" or "we" is used, it will refer to Biyeshaadi.com

1.c Where the terms "customer", "member", "registrant", "user", "your", "yourself" or "you" is used, this refers specifically to you, the person registering, joining, accessing and using the web services we provide either via payment-based membership.

1.f The term "Profile" refers to the area of the website containing your information you posted, answers to questions, details and your photographs.

1.g The term "Web site" or/and variants of refers to the domain name www..Biyeshaadi.com or any other domain name that we select to point to the same set of services that we may offer.

1.h The terms "Post" and "posting(s)", singular or plural, and variants of, refer to the transmittal, disclosure and publishing within this website or/and Biyeshaadi.com services of but not limited to details, information, photographs, text based dialogue presented through your member name.

1.i The term "Liability", "Liable" and variants there of refer to the liability for claims, proceedings, costs, and awards. Damages, expenses and any other losses and /or liabilities.

2. Purpose and Agreement

2.a The purpose of this legal agreement is to set out the terms and conditions between you and Biyeshaadi.com for access to its website. Biyeshaadi.com is an Internet-based service for people aged over-18 to post details and information about themselves and make contact with other members.

2.b Biyeshaadi.com is not an adult site for sexual gratification or adult entertainment services and shall contain no pornographic material. Any attempt to post adult material by any member will lead to immediate termination of all services and membership to that member.

2.c You accept the definition of the website purpose in 2.a unconditionally as its function and service by all or any participating users. You agree to all the terms and conditions as listed here as a whole as well as in part, to access and use the services provided by Biyeshaadi.com.

3. Eligibility to Register

3.a You accept that Biyeshaadi.com and its services are strictly and solely for adults only, aged 18 years or older. You must be at least 18 years old to register at Biyeshaadi.com and any associated site and participate in the services provided by us. By registering, you are confirming your age as 18 years or older.

3.b Membership is restricted to 21 years or older in those countries or states where registration by people under 21 years is against local, religious or national laws. You agree to abide by these laws.

3.c Biyeshaadi.com may ask you for further proof of your age at any time and you agree unconditionally to provide such proof where it is required to remain a member.

3.d You agree and confirm that you have not been convicted or found guilty of any offence, or fined under the United Kingdom Protection of Harassment Act 1997 (or any other such related statute or law that may amend or update said Act) or any similar law within your present location.

3.e You agree that where you do not accept or are unable to agree with the terms and conditions set out here for membership, that you will not attempt to register for these services.

3.f You agree that should you have been removed as a member by us, you will not ask any other person to re-register on this site on your behalf , or/and attempt to register again with us, unless you first contact us in writing and receive authority from us in writing.

4. Contract of Services

4.a This is a legally binding agreement between the member/registrant, and Biyeshaadi.com, for the provision of the services offered. The agreement shall begin upon your completion of the registration screen and entry into the member area.

4.b You agree to be personally responsible for full compliance with the terms and conditions set out here.

4.c You agree that the policy documents set out here are the basis of the agreement between us and you, and that they take precedence over any previous terms and conditions you may have been notified of from Biyeshaadi.com.

4.d You agree to uphold and abide by these terms and conditions.

4.e You agree that we reserve the right to vary and amend these terms and conditions as is required.

4.f You agree that changes to the agreement will be posted within these pages.

4.g You agree to read and understand the agreement between you and us fully before attempting to register with Biyeshaadi.com.

4.h No third party, employee or agent is authorized to make any declaration, warranty or representation about the services set out here. The only declaration that can be made about Biyeshaadi.com services is through Biyeshaadi.com in writing.

4.i You agree that we reserve the right to alter or substitute the service or services, or any part thereof, on offer to you at any time for similar or better services as we deem fit for the purpose of our business.

5. Terms of Membership

5.a You agree to register as yourself and represent your true identity only, and not any other person living or dead. You agree that all the details you add to your profile are true, accurate and in no way misleading or misrepresentational. You agree not to misrepresent yourself in any way to any other member either via textual postings, communications or any kind of photographic images.

5.b You agree to be solely and wholly responsible for the contents of your profile and communications to or through the Biyeshaadi.com services.

5.c Biyeshaadi.com reserves the right to observe, scrutinize, monitor and edit any text, postings or photographs placed by you, which may or may not be available to other members to view.

5.d You agree not to post or communicate any illegal, sexist, racial, obscene, threatening, slanderous, libellous, religious or sexually offensive, material of any kind including but not restricted to material which is viewable or receivable by other members. This includes the use of commonly-acknowledged suggestive or 'swear' words.

5.e You agree that the same conditions apply as in 5.d for your use in all chat rooms, messenger services or via email and/or telephony services.

5.f You agree not to use the Biyeshaadi.com service for communication of junk email or chain letters or mass postings of any kind, often known as "spam".

5.g You agree not to use the services of Biyeshaadi.com to promote any commercial venture, business, service or other web site in any way. You agree not to post any URL, any email address or telephone number or any other contact information in your profile.

5.h You agree to access this site and its services where they are legal in the region you reside in accordance with your regional, national or state laws. You agree to acknowledge all laws local to yourself when accessing Biyeshaadi.com services. Biyeshaadi.com takes no responsibility whatsoever for any member accessing this site where doing so would be a breach of their state, regional or national laws, secular or religious.

5.i You agree not to provide your membership details to any other person whatsoever, or/and let a third party access the system on your behalf. You agree to keep your login name and password safe and secure and to take all reasonable levels of care to retain the security of your membership.

5.j You agree that you have no right of membership. You agree that your membership remains the property of Biyeshaadi.com at all times and that we reserve the right to refuse permission for registration, admittance and that we may terminate membership or remove any member for any reason that we deem fit.

5.k You agree that we do not have the ability or opportunity to check the information and details in every member profile to confirm that the details of that member are correct and accurate. We do not represent to you that any profile is accurate or true and we are not obliged to you to do so.

5.l You agree that it is your own responsibility to exercise caution not only in posting your own details publicly on Biyeshaadi.com, but also to verify in your own time and at your own expense and cost, the details and postings of any other member such that you are satisfied they are truthful, honest and accurate.

5.m Should you arrange a meeting with any registrant or member posting a profile on Biyeshaadi.com, you agree that you do so solely and fully at your own risk and that your safety is your own responsibility and without the scope of Biyeshaadi.com. You indemnify Biyeshaadi.com, its shareholders, principals, staff, representatives and agents fully against such responsibility and risk to your well being. You agree that you will take all precautions necessary to ensure your own safety.

5.n You agree that abuse of these terms and conditions by you may lead to the suspension or removal of your account by us at any time.

5.o You agree that our decision in matters of dispute is final.

6. Payments

6.a You agree that Biyeshaadi.com may provide an electronic mail and online chat facility service for a paying member with the sole intention of allowing communicating with other members of Biyeshaadi.com for the purpose of communication between them.

6.b You agree that chat, email and messenger services onsite are paid services at a price set out clearly in the payment screen.

6.c You agree that you will not be able to contact any member or read and reply to any communications between you and any member via Biyeshaadi.com email, chat or messaging services until payment has been received by us from you.

6.d You agree to use the payment methods set out on the Biyeshaadi.com website payment page and that these payment methods are the only forms of payment to us for the services offered and accepted.

6.e The payment required for any membership period is the full amount listed, and no form of part payment or offer of any other form of payment for any reason will be accepted by us.

6.f No person, agent or establishment may accept payments in any way for membership on our behalf. The only form of payment accepted is through the payment page and Worldpay on this website.

6.g Where payment is refused by the payment processing authority, you accept that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your membership immediately and seek any payments owing.

6.h You agree that should you be deemed in breach of the terms and conditions of membership of Biyeshaadi.com detailed here, you will not be entitled to any refund against payments already made to us.

6.i You have the right to cancel your account with Biyeshaadi.com within seven days or seven days of receipt of goods (whichever is the longer) if you decide to cancel the account we will refund the money to your credit card.

6.j You agree that Biyeshaadi.com reserves the right to alter the pricing structure and payment terms for services presented, at any time. New pricing will be displayed clearly on the payments page. This will not affect any member who has paid for a payment term already or your consumer rights. New pricing fees will take effect at the time when a membership renewal takes place.

7. Acknowledgements

7.a By using Biyeshaadi.com services you acknowledge all designs, trademarks and copyright designs and intellectual property rights, registered or unregistered as owned wholly and solely by Us and agree not to copy or use any information displayed on the site for any other purpose than using the services or as set out in the Legal Notices which form part of this agreement.

7.b You agree that any program, publication, process, product, design, software, technology, information, know-how or idea described through this website, its features and articles may be the subject of other rights, including other intellectual property rights, which are owned by Biyeshaadi.com, or other interested parties and that they are not licensed to you hereunder in part or whole.
