member and STS Enterprises - the providers of biyeshaadi and the
services therein.

is to demonstrate our commitment to privacy ethics and laws. You
should read this section in conjunction with the biyeshaadi Terms
and Conditions, of which this Privacy Policy forms part. biyeshaadi
policy is to protect the privacy of our members' personal information.
We respect your confidentiality and anonymity. This page describes
the privacy practices we apply to the biyeshaadi website for all
members. As part of that, it also expresses our approach to complying
with the Data Protection laws, which apply in the United Kingdom,
and for which this site has been registered. If we change or amend

in the same way as we notify changes to the biyeshaadi Terms and
Conditions.

biyeshaadi collects no personal information about you when you
visit our website unless you decide to give that information to
us.

Shared Information
We, and our credit card processing agents, will NOT supply your
personal data to a third party for commercial exploitation - thus,
you can rest assured that we will not sell the lists of our Members'
email addresses to a third party; and the only circumstances in
which we will provide any of your personal data to a third party
for non-commercial purposes are those contained in this Privacy
Policy. For clarity, details would only be passed to law enforcement
agencies where to not do so would place us in breach of the law.
Registration Information
Your real email address will NEVER be displayed on our websites
for any member to see. Your Age is calculated from your date of
birth and is displayed in your profile. It is a condition of use
that you provide a working and actual email address whilst a member
of biyeshaadi. The use of a fictitious email address, or the use
of one not registered to you will mean we may terminate your membership
immediately.
Your Real Email Address
We do not make your registration email address available to anyone
on any screen of the biyeshaadi service for any reason whatsoever.
The member email service is an internal system and linked to your
login name only. We do not use your real email address to allow
members to contact you directly. At the same time you agree not
to post personal contact details in your profile.
Optional Newsletters
We have regular and occasional email newsletters and postings,
which Members can decide to take or not, according to their preferences.
You select this option upon registration and later in your profile
manager. In the event of opting-in for a newsletter, you will receive
email from us into the in-box of the mailing address you provided
to us on registration.
Public Accessibility of Data
By registering with biyeshaadi, you are making your
profile available to all registered users of the website. All information
that you disclose in your profile therefore becomes public information
and thus, you should think carefully as to what information you
wish to disclose about yourself. This includes the photographs that
you choose to post.
Legal Disclosure
Where a legally-compliant request for member details is made by
a recognised third party, we reserve the right to provide such as,
but not limited to, disclosure to an official law enforcement agency
where not providing such a disclosure would be unlawful and jeopardise
our own legal standing.
